According to European Union Regulation EU 1169/2011, starting on 13 December 2014, any food that contains an ingredient that could cause allergies or intolerances in consumers must be identified on the final product’s labelling.
At Imegen agro, we use molecular techniques based on PCR and ELISA to determine the presence of allergens present even in small quantities.
We use a Quality System based on UNE-EN-ISO 17025 Standards. We are in a continuous process of expanding the scope of our accreditation, incorporating new analytic tests.
